• Based on your expressed feelings, together we'll customize a flower essence blend by selecting the flowers that most align with and nurture your current journey.

Guidance:

• Tips on integrating the essences into your daily routine.

• Suggestions for additional practices or lifestyle options to enhance the effects of the flower essences.

Follow-Up:

• I’ll check in on how you’re doing 30 days after you've worked with your Flower Essence as suggested. From there, we can optionally schedule a follow up session to create the same or new flower essence to continue supporting you. 🌸
